Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. All of our designs include real seashells, which can be delicate, so please handle them with care.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if something's damaged, defective, or not quite right. If your item breaks or is damaged, it may be eligible for a replacement or compensation depending on the nature of the issue.
